Measure e-communication quality for insurance company

Two Benchmarking Projects for a “Fortune 100″ Insurance and Financial Services Company

  • In 2010, E-WRITE completed a quality benchmarking project in which we scored the quality of the insurance company’s communications with its members and compared its quality scores to those of its competitors. We produced a summary report on communication quality and, where necessary, we suggested improvements and diagnosed training needs.
  • In 2008, the insurance company’s Member Messaging group hired E-WRITE to assess the quality of its print and electronic communication. E-WRITE developed a Messaging Grading System and used the Grading System to score the quality of 25 writing samples. We provided the insurance company with a summary report on the quality of its written communication and recommendations for improvement.
