For the National Credit Union Administration, we scored the writing exams completed by 75 Credit Union Examiners who were applying for promotion to Principal Examiner.
Our responsibilities in this benchmarking project
- Review the writing exams submitted by Examiners
- Assess the exam responses for presentation of ideas, sentence and paragraph structure, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Discuss each exam with at least on other evaluator and arrive at consensus on exam scores
- Provide feedback to Examiners who fail the writing exam so they understand how they need to improve so they can pass the exam the next time they take it
