E-Mail Quality Benchmarking Project for Leading Consumer Products Manufacturer

E-WRITE completed a large e-mail quality benchmarking project for a company that manufactures household cleaning products, pest control products, and more.  This manufacturer wanted to know if its e-mails to customers were of better quality than its competitors’ e-mails to customers.

In this benchmarking project, we used our proprietary E-Mail Quality Review Tool to score the manufacturer’s e-mail responses to nine typical customer queries. We also scored their competitors’ responses (20 consumer products companies) to the nine typical customer queries.  In total, we scored approximately 160 e-mail responses.

We wrote a summary benchmarking report analyzing our findings and explained them in a conference call with the manufacturer’s managers.
