Our Assignment

• Write content that sells eSylvan’s online tutoring service.
• Explain what eSylvan does so the message has an emotional and rational appeal and an upbeat, conversational tone.
• Write web content for a variety of users.

Highlight
We developed a template for eSylvan subject matter experts (SMEs) to use to provide E-WRITE with rough content. The easy-to-use template enabled SMEs to bottom-line the main message for each page and provide details to support the message. The result was an efficient writing process; we got what we needed from the SMEs on the first round, eliminating multiple queries and drafts.
